职位描述：
岗位职责：

1. Develop and carry out annual work plan under guidance of supervisor;

2. Provide retainer/project based account services (daily communication, proposal drafting/pitch, project time/quality control and management) as team leader;

3. Work across functions with peers to guarantee success of project with high quality;

4. Responsible for basic trainings in terms of professional skills and biz processes;

5. Assist in establishing standard system of account service and cross-functional collaboration.

1、在总经理的领导下完成部门年度工作计划及具体执行；

2、带领团队服务公司年度客户及项目客户（日常沟通、提案准备及讲解、创意领导、项目进度及质量把控）；

3、与其他支持部门及同事合作完成项目涉及的相应工作内容；

4、能够担负对其他员工的基本培训工作；

5、协助制定客户服务及部门协作标准体系。

任职要求：

1. Major in ad., marketing, communication and English preferred;

2. 5+ years of experience in account service/management with PR/EPR background in FMCG or relevant industries, corporate PR experience preferred;

3.Experienced in proposal drafting, copywriting, creativity;

4.Capable of multi-tasking with clear vision for personal growth and career path;

5.English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

6.Detail driven, a good communicator and negotiator;

7.Strong strategy/analysis capabilities, logical and reasonable;

8.Team player, highly responsible and ready to take pressure;

9.Experience in serving multinational customers preferred.

1、广告、营销、传播或英语相关专业毕业优先；

2、5年以上直接客户服务管理经验，丰富的快消客户服务经验，PR、EPR经验丰富；

3、在方案策划、文件创作、流程规划、方案创意方面有成熟的工作素质;

4、有承担 2 个以上客户服务工作的能力，并对个人发展有明确的要求；

5、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；

6、细心负责，具有良好的沟通和谈判能力；

7、具有较强的策略 / 市场分析能力，思维清晰而有条理；

8、优秀的团队沟通能力，责任心强，能承受工作压力；
