职位描述：
1. Managing CEO&COO’S Calendar
Fixing appointments and scheduling meetings - internal co-ordination (co-ordination with team members across the Network), external co-ordination (customers, partners,)
2. Travel Arrangements
Domestic travel (Ticket booking, hotel booking, car and other logistics arrangements and settlement of trip expenses thru internal tool)
International travel (Ticket booking, hotel booking, car and other logistics arrangements, invitation letter, arrangements and settlement of FOREX and settlement of trip expenses thru tool)
3. Team responsibility
Co-ordination with the team, getting team’s vouchers, bills and relevant documents approved by CEO, organize team lunches, co-ordinate for Press conferences, organize for team meetings
Other functions
All other admin functions like handling telephone calls, organize conference calls, video conference, telepresence as required
Organize Events - internal & external business meetings, conference, team events
Prepare mtg agenda, record minutes of meeting & circulate, follow up on action item status with stakeholders and update the tracker
Process COO& CEO’S reimbursements internal tool
System approvals - supporting CEO&COO to ensure timely approvals of various requests raised thru internal tools related manpower requirements, business indent, leave management, etc .
Compile presentations as per requirement for all hands call, review mtgs & any other
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess expertise on Microsoft office application like (excel, word, powerpoint etc)
