I. Brief Description

To manage a sales territory while promoting APL’s broad range of services with focus on profitability, service excellence, and customer satisfaction with the primary goal of delivering the assigned sales budget and managing to T&E guidelines.


II. Key Result Areas
· Meet or exceed the sales budget. Measurement is BVA, and Quarterly Vol/NTV/Rev target.
· Develop & target new accounts and new volume, measurement is quarterly new vol target
· Effective preplanning, call preparation, and follow up
· Regular update and communication on market information
· Customer satisfaction
· Leadership on sub-trade management and development.


III. Key Accountabilities/Duties
· Meet or exceed sales budget and quarterly target
· Give booking guideline and monitor booking status, aim to achieve full utilization
· Focus on customer satisfaction and profitability
· Work closely with overseas counterparts on account strategies
· Provide market intelligence to trades as required
· Cross departmental coordination to improve efficiency
· Develop and maintain sales territory which includes:
o Plan and Conduct sales call and follow up on all sales leads.
o Analyse and react to market situation and formulate strategies.
o Secure and develop profitable business and expand business opportunities from existing customers.
· Lead the team on sub-trade management and development. Initiative on biz proposal to trade. Provide support and guidance of responsible trade to team members on account follow up.


IV. Requirements

Bachelor degree preferred
3~4 years' experiences in industry sales
Good PC skills and good command of English,Cantonese,Mandarine
Good communication skills, listening skills and problem solving skills
Industry knowledge, tolerance of ambiguity, creativity and ability to persuade
