康廷酒庄是波尔多康廷酒庄在中国的分支， 现欲寻一位执行助手， 为期5个月。
如果您的英语口语在专业水平 ，办事有条理，积极主动， 那么我们希望能和您谈一谈。 我们寻找的是员工产假期间的 临时替代工作者。 也欢迎无工作经验或工作经验少的人员应聘。 您需要对为小而快节奏公司工作感兴趣，公司产品组合小而精。

工作职责包括;
-维护办公系统， 包括库存管理；
-接收客户订单， 并向总裁报告；
-跟进客户，对客户需求提供支持和重新分配；
-与仓库协调安排发货；
-与供应商沟通，安排推广材料的生产与采购付款；
-安排执行总裁的旅行日程；
-准备发送样品和品牌物品；
-将文件从中文翻译成英文；
-准备所有销售的正是发票；
-校读营销文件；
-接听电话，接待来访；
-普通的行政支持。

-掌握办公软件

Le Ponty Wines, Chinese branch of the Ponty winery in Bordeaux, is looking for an executive assistant for a 5 months contract.
If you speak English at a professional level, are organized and motivated, we want to talk with you. We are looking for a temporary replacement during a maternity leave. Young candidates with little or no experience are also welcome to apply. You must be interested in working for a small, fast-paced company, with a small portfolio of quality products.
 

Responsibilities will include:
-Maintaining office systems, including inventory management
-Receive orders from our customers and communicate them to the CEO
-Follow up with customers, support and redirect customer requests
-Organize deliveries with our warehouses
-Liaise with suppliers for the production and payment of our marketing materials
-Organize travel for our CEO
-Prepare shipment of samples and merchandising items
-Translate some documents from Chinese to English
-Prepare the official invoices for all our sales
-Proofread marketing documents
-Answer the phone and receive visitors
-General administrative support

Requirements:
-Native Chinese
-Professional knowledge of English (and/or French)
-Bachelor degree
-Professional knowledge of the Office softwares
-Hard working, curious, independent and motivated
-Good presentation and communication skills
-Knowledge of wine appreciated but not required
-Willing to travel
