Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1 Project Integration Management-Ensures problem identification and resolution for his / her program.
2 Project Scope and Risk Management ： Ensures effective and timely scope management with emphasis on customer scope changes and executes the Scope Change process and approval.
3 Project Time and Resource Management ：Creates high quality timing plans that are developed with the program team with effective buy in from all functional areas.
4 Project Cost and Financial Management ： Ensures that all program financial targets and budgets are met.
5 Project Quality ： Ensure that quality objectives and roadmaps are developed and executed via their program teams.
6 Project Procurement ： Ensures sourcing on time with high quality suppliers.

Requirements 岗位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
2. Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
3. PMP certification is preferred.
4. For internal employees: Meet the established target for Program Management in the Competency Assessment Tool. An average score of 3 in the Competency Tool is expected. No ratings less than 2. All ratings of 2 should have an associated training or improvement plan.
5. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the automotive industry and 3 years in another functional group (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, Sales or Purchasing).
6. Experience in at least 2 key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
7. Proven knowledge of program management methodology, tools and techniques.
8. Participation or leadership in a cross functional team.
9. Lead, motivate and drive a cross functional team.
10. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
11. Execution and quality focus.
12. Ability to travel.
13. Fluent in English. Multiple languages preferred (German).
