NATURE AND SCOPE:
This position is directly report to sales director and responsible for Filtran China Sales/Marketing activities including:
OEM sales activities
Global coordination on sales
Internal coordination on sales
Identify & meet customer requirement
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES/SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES:
1. Sales Responsibility:
Responsible for the sales of OEM market
Closely work with customer assigned OEM for developing new project;
Make sure for fulfilling the sales revenue or understand the reasons why the variance between the plan and actual;
2. Marketing Responsibility:
Assist to organize auto show/symposium for transmission and related marketing event for Filtran China.
3. Quotation
Understand the customer’s requirement of the assigned OEM projects to support Phase I application;
Responsible for working out the cost evaluation for all of the new projects;
Set up the benchmarking for different category of filters;
4. Reporting
Work out the sales report to sales director and global sales team;
Update the Outlook as monthly basis at the beginning of each month;
5. Others:
Make sure the AR payment is within the agreed term and condition;
Coordinate internally for getting the contracts, agreements reviewed;
Do the work assigned temporarily.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. University degree level education is essential, majoring in Engineering is preferred;
2. 5+ years working experience in Automotive industry;
3. Excellent oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English;
4. Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure;
5. Team player with responsibility, honesty and persistence personality;
6. Computer literacy;
7. Willing to learn.
