Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Follow Code of Conduct of Customer service team;
遵守公司的客户服务准则；

2. Follow up daily delivery as well as key in a daily delivery report; improve customer satisfaction in accordance with Customer Service Policy;
日常发货跟踪与协调以提高客户服务满意度；

3. Follow standard customer service procedure, collect requests and complaints from customers, coordinate with transportation companies, customers and sales team to solve;
根据标准客户服务操作流程，与运输公司、客户及销售部门协调解决客户需求及相关投诉问题。

4. Work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality Customer service;
紧密的与销售部门合作，通过高质量的客户服务获得更高的客户满意度。

5. Data entry and verify the data input and order information;
订单录入及订单信息核对；

6. Maintain various daily operation report for statistics purpose;
日常报表的维护和统计；

7. Support customer service supervisor to do customer survey and prepare the statistic report;
协助客服主管完成客户调研及统计报告；
