HR OPERATIONS
？ Handling grievances and disciplinary issues
？ Local legal compliance relating to employment regulations & information security
？ Immigration compliance & support
？ Data maintenance of site employees in global ERP system (SAP)
？ Provide inputs for payroll processing
Site level team engagement
Process compliance

HR POLICY AND PROCESSES
？ Initiate change request as per the business requirement/ change in local laws
？ Drive compliance to Sasken global processes
？ Negotiate with employee representative body (collective bargaining) if any for policy/ process implementation
