Enterprise Technology Solutions is looking for highly motivated, self-directed candidate to join the APAC Service Delivery team in Hangzhou. The ideal candidate will have experience in scripting, tools/automation to support criticalplatforms, perform health checks and monitoring of core systems and to automate the related processes. Together with your team members in Service Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering automation to technical towers in Service Delivery while at the same time supporting continuous process improvement.

Core Responsibilities:
1. APAC primary escalation for Secure Transport – a secure file transmission system used in-house.
2. To perform daily health check on core platforms

3. To follow up with State Street Service Desk and State Street infrastructure and applications staff in region or in global to troubleshoot technical issue of any core platforms / applications.

4. To provide daily operation report.

5. To document, update and improve daily operation procedures.


6. To work on scripting and tools to automate monitoring, status / capacity reporting, health checks of core systems used by State Street business in APAC

Working Hours:
Monday: to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Working hours might change subject to business requirement.


Qualification

? Knowledge secure file transport mechanism, technology, applications
? Scripting and programming knowledge in Unix and Windows / VMware Platform e.g. VB Script, PowerShell, Pearl Script, Excel Macro and Microsoft VBA
? Database Admin knowledge on MS SQL, Sybase and Oracle particular on the connectivity test and DB Instance health check
? Middleware components such as Websphere MQ, Tomcat, JBOSS, and Secure FTP (Secure Transport - Tumbleweed)
? 1 to 2 years’ experience in supporting Windows/VMware and Unix infrastructure
? Knowledge on common system management and monitoring tools is a PLUS
? Experience in a large scale operational environment with a general understanding of I.T is a PLUS
? Experience working in Service Delivery environment or similar with knowledge of ITIL processes and qualified to a minimum of ITIL Foundation. This is a PLUS,
? Bachelors or equivalent
? 1+ years of experience in a similar role
? Ability to work under own initiative and work independently, reliable and creative.
? Passionate, self-motivated and driven with a hunger for learning and growth.
? Strong communicator with a high degree of written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong inter-personal and collaboration skills with the ability to interact with people in different countries both within APAC and Globally.
? Results oriented with energy and passion to achieve and exceed stretching objectives and to deliver

? Language skill: Fluent written and spoken English
