Include size and scope of project/business (financial and nos. Of lines); actual and forecast customer base, budget(s) for specific function involved with.
? As Sr. HR officer, to support all Business Units in SH, particularly responsible for recruitment, C&B process, employee relationship etc to support high-tech business and business process outsourcing business expansion of the Northern China.

? Implement recruitment plans aligned with business needs.
? Maintain and develop recruitment channels, analyze recruitment channel effectiveness for all business units.
? Understand the business the incumbent is supporting and consult with local line management on people matters.
? Improve employee retention by tracking attrition and understand the root causes by conducting exit interviews and other communication activities. Provide orientation training to new hires of both Chinese staff and local hired foreigners.
? Follow up all C& B and shared services related issues of all SH branches with the support of vendors.
? Be responsible for employee relationship, performance management, training and development of managerial staff and professional staff under all SH branches.
? Provide effecient and systematical HR data analysis to support business needs.
? To accomplish all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
职位要求
? College or Bachelor degree.
? Above 6 years of HR experiences including 3 years of recruitment experience in multinational companies.
? High-tech industry and according recruitment experience will be preferrable.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Good analytical ability and business sense.
? English communication skill is required.
? Outgoing and responsive.
? Self-motivated with good team spirit.
