Job Responsibilities:
-Work closely with 3rd party logistics provider, customs broker and freight forwarder to ensure inbound/outbound going smoothly;
-Receive and process customer orders and follow up the order status, make sure delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements
-Responds customer inquiries, return requests and complaints
-Maintain master data and update necessary information in system
-Generate all kinds of analysis report (sales analysis and order analysis etc.)
-Other assigned tasks
Job requirements:
-College degree and/or above in Business, Customer Service, Logistics, or other related field
-Minimum of 3 year of order processing experience or supply chain experience in Medical Industry
-Experience in bonded business is an advantage
-ERP experience is a must
-Good command of English both in oral and written, and good Microsoft Excel skill are required,
-Good communication skills; Strong service mindset; Strong inter-personal skills; Good team player
