职位描述：
Lean Role
1. Ensure precise daily operation records are kept in order to analyze and improve operations performance.
2. Train and mentor team members and team leaders to help them perform their jobs and solve problems.
3. Manage Daily Changes in Production regarding Manning, Machines, Materials and or Method.
4. Analyze bottlenecks, work load distribution and perform problem solving.
5. Solve Chronic repetitive problems.
6. Ensure all "Team Members" count with Standard Work and or Standard Procedures and these are followed.
7. Ensure that all machinery, tooling, materials, and necessary equipment is available to perform production tasks on a safely manner and following standards.
8. Respond to Abnormalities escalated by the team leaders.
9. Coordinate assistance from specialty teams /support areas.

Incidental Activities
1. Assign work to Team Leader and supervise their executions.
2. Control the budget of his/her cost center.
3. Perform the staffing performance evaluation.
4. Manage staffing over time and absenteeism.

Requirements：
Education: Technical Degree
English is excellent
Experience
1. At least 5 years as Supervisor
2. 3 years of experience managing people
3. Manufacturing environment is preferred
Technical skills:
1. Welding Experience
2. Lean Manufacturing
3. Problem solving
4. Trouble shooting
5. Quality system basics (ISO/TS)
6. KPI understanding and execution
7. Costing basics
8. Attain to procedures
