Responsibilities:
? Timely & accurate Sales order processing under company compliance & policy, including pro-active management of customer backlogs & communication to customers on status of delivery.执行公司订单服务流程,通过电话、电邮、传真等,及时处理客户的订单,检查订单执行情况和后续跟进,确保及时沟通和订单处理的准确率并符合客户要求;
? Audit responsible Sales Order in ERP system (credit limit and control )审核ERP系统中个人所负责销售订单信息,包括信用额度和控制等;
? Follow up and feedback Sales Order Execution status to ensure On
time delivery and customer satisfaction 跟进和反馈销售订单的执行,确保及时发货和客户的满意;
? Receive customer & sales issues and monitor adapted and durable solutions for customer satisfaction, driving customer issues escalation process.遵循及参与规范公司的流程及服务标准,及时受理及跟进客户投诉;
? Report preparation and documents filing报告准备和文件归档准备;
? Other assignments by superior 其他上级指派的任务。
Qualifications:
- At least college大专以上学历;
- At least 2-year relevant working experiences 至少两年相关工作经验;
- Be familiar with ERP system 熟悉ERP系统;
- Be familiar with order management and logistic process熟悉订单流程和物流流程;
- Good attitude towards working良好的工作态度;
- Patient , careful , responsible and hard work耐心、仔细、负责、工作努力;
- Willingness to perform and result orientation 愿意奉献,以结果为导向;
- Creativity and ability to change 正直,适应力强;
- Ability to work under pressure 能承受工作压力;
- Chinese(native speaker) 标准流利的普通话;
- English(good basics,PET-3)基础的英语能力;
- Microsoft Office 熟悉办公自动化软件。
