职位描述：
? Provides first-tier support for all services offered by Global IT and second-tier support to end users for client hardware and applications
? Respond to more complex, escalated enquiries from team members within own field of expertise
? Use and maintain ServiceDesk software and correctly so that ServiceDesk activities and performance can be monitored
? Assist the other Global IT departments (Operations and/or Applications) and external service providers to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem requiring local action
? Continuously and proactively improve the general IT user experience in Chr. Hansen

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree and above, information technology related major;
? Able to use English as working language;
? Problem solving skills and strong learning ability;
? Work proactively to upgrade the IT system and support the team constantly. 举报 分享
