职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：
· Follow the lead of the team leader
· Advanced in access control, motorized lock / hardware components, software for access control
· Support to define the project schedule, follow up and deliver in time and cost frame
· Support to evaluate the market requirements and take initiative in strategy to achieve design and cost goal for new and existing products
· Support to identify and define the potential cost saving due to design and material changes
· Communicate with Design institutes, Customer, various departments and officials if required
· Support to lead the project from requirement evaluation, supplier, components, first sample, testing to mass production
· Support to define and improve various KPI’s for design and build
· Further development and standardization of all employed process, tools and key figures.
Position Qualification Requirement：
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor Degree or equivalent education level or above in design and build
Electrical or control engineer background
Relevant Experience
5+ years’ work experience / Working experience of international company and conditional orientation ability in foreign culture.
AUTO-CAD [preferred in Pro/E 3D software], MS-office software [Excel, Word, PPT]
Access control design, software evaluation
Language Skills
English: read, write and speak (be able to participate English conference call)

岗位要求：
教育背景及专业知识
大学本科或同等学历水平及以上，设计及建筑专业；
电气或控制工程师背景
相关经验
5年以上工作经验或外企工作经验，能够适应外企的文化和工作氛围.
熟练使用AUTO-CAD [Pro/E 3D 软件优先考虑], 微软办公软件 [Excel, Word, PPT]
访问控制设计，软件评估
语言能力
英语：读、写和说（能够参加英语电话会议）
