职位描述：
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for establishing relationships with vendors, and purchasing and negotiating contracts for IC electronics industry.
 
Responsibility：
- Identification of potential suppliers (ODM, OEM, EMS, franchised disty and brokers)
- Relationship building with existing suppliers
- Part analysis and research, price negotiation, and logistics
- Requirement sourcing, purchase order placement and entry, order expediting, and discrepancy resolution
 
Requirement:
- - University or college degree holder
- Solid sourcing skills in IC electronics industrial
- - Parts evaluation, price & contract negotiation & RMA settlement and able to understand the purchasing requisition to payment process.
- 1-3 year’s related experience, previous purchasing/sales experience at franchised distributor is a plus
- - Proficient at coordination skills with vendors, sales, QA/QC and accounting department, etc.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach, as well as the energy and motivation to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Fluent in both written and oral English. (CET6)
- - Persistent, Proactive, detail-minded, independent, can-do attitude and a good team player
- - Be confident and aggressive on each task

任职要求：
- 大专以上学历
- 熟悉IC产品优先
- 1-3年相关工作经验，有代理分销商的采购或销售经验者优先
- 掌握采购技能了解采购流程及制度
- 维护/深入建立现有供应商关系
- 挖掘/开发潜在的供应商
- 根据需求寻找货源和报价，订单处理 以及协助QC处理收到有质量问题物料
- 产品的分析和研究，价格商谈，以及具备与公司内部其他部门的协调沟通能力
- 良好的英语听说读写能力（CET6）
