全面负责AR,AP,GL,Tax, FA等等
汇报对象：Finance Director
Requirement Highlights:
1. Solid SAP knowledge and experience is a must; Hyperion experience is plus
2. Would like to do a lot of hands on work like Jenny did currently
3. Strong leadership & communication skills
4. Good professional English in both writing and speaking

Major responsibility & measurement:
? To ensure full monthly closings in accordance with Chinese GAAP, Group Policy and IFRS requirement.
? To ensure high qualitative book-keeping records for all locations with proper review, reconciliation and approval.
? To ensure the preparation of local books for year-end audits and internal audits
? To supervise AP, AR and Treasury transaction
? To ensure all tax filings according to Chinese needs are established in an accurate and timely manner
? To liaise with local tax authority for local tax issues
? To deliver treasury reports & planning to Corporate monthly
? To ensure required free cash-flows and an optimized cash management
? To ensure ongoing training and education of local staff in accounting area
? To verify fixed assets and the movement of fixed assets as well as annual physical count
? To manage team-spirit atmosphere in a harmonious manner
? Any other ad-hoc work as well as other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
Type of education or degree: Bachelor degree with major in Accounting; MBA is a plus
Type and length of experience: 8-10 years working experience in of GL, Tax & Treasury and 3-5 years manager’s experience
Language: Fluent oral English and professional English in reading and writing
Professional certificate: ACCA, CPA or other similar one is preferred
Special requirements:
? Good interpersonal & communication skills
? Experienced In SAP R/3 & Hyperion is An Advantage
? Be precise and good at Numbers, strong analytical
