职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Keep constant communication with HQ buyers to ensure contact implementation from regional and global
2.Identify cost saving opportunities and set up project team to achieve saving target
3.Data analysis for purchasing history in order to find key indicators to improve purchasing efficiency and leverage the purchasing resources
4.Drive continuous supplier performance improvement in terms of quality, delivery, competitiveness, responsiveness and technical support.
5.To coordinate with related departments to ensure successful completion of purchasing activities
6.Draft, negotiate and manage the frame contract with corresponding supplier
7.Process PR, create RFQ/RFI, follow the progress of PR to PO
8.Organize supplier competitive biddings or price negotiation in order to get optimized purchase conditions, to obtain best quality, shortest delivery time and lowest price for goods and services.
9.As much as possible aggregate purchases and minimize the risks
10.Help buyers and procurers settle claims when necessary
11.Issue monthly report, summary working activities and follow up related projects
12.Use proper way to achieve annual saving target
13.Conduct market survey in order to evaluate present purchasing conditions and define future purchasing targets and strategies
14.Develop new suppliers according to purchasing requirement, ensure purchasing optimization
15.Supplier management including supplier selection, evaluation, performance measurement, and supplier development
16.Cooperate with supplier and internal users, identify and implement improvement opportunities (e.g. as a result of standardization of materials/services, purchasing process optimization...), help internal users to get sufficient technical document and support from suppliers
17.Participant to prepare annual plan and multi-year plan for PUR coherent with company orientations
18.Responsible for purchasing process performance and constantly improves it
19.Implement task which may be agreed by department manager
20.Per requirement of work, cooperate others to implement task and training
21.Carry out environmental control plan and corrective & preventive actions on the post
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above, science and engineering education background a plus
2. At least 5years' sourcing and purchasing experience with multinational companies. It's plus to have automotive knowledge or background.
3. A confident and independent person with strong sense of responsibility and business acumen
4. Strong communication skills with proven ability to communicate proactively and effectively internally and externally.
5. The ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and taking initiatives to work independently under diverse and fast-paced environment
6. Strong negotiation skills, supplier management, analytical skills such as cost analysis, risk analysis, etc.
7. Good written and oral English
8. Innovative mindset and has the ability to suggest, lead and implement changes
