Job Title: EHWA Account Manager (China, Shanghai local contract)

Division: Commercial Team

Location: Shanghai

Based in China Shanghai, she/he reports directly to the EHWA Regional Director - Account Management (RD-Acct. Mgt) and works in close cooperation with the EHWA Regions/Local EHBUs in the management of all customer issues under the EH World Program (EH WP). She/he will ensure through an excellent organization of the customer relationship and first class execution that EH WP are profitable, deliver high customer satisfaction rating (NPS) and translate into high retention performance

Responsibilities

- To support the RD-Acct. Mgt. in the coordination, execution and management of all account management operational aspects of the EH World Program.

- To support the execution of internal and external customer action plans to facilitate WP implementation (project mode), operational monitoring (KPI's and secure extension/renewal over the WP life cycle.

- To take on the role of World Program Account Director for programs originating in region (Silver/Gold)

- To support the One EH transition in your region

- Responsible for the execution and monitoring of performance on your assigned World Programs and business owner of customer solutions/satisfaction on your managed policies

Requirements:

- Experience in Sales or Account Management support with some exposure to project management

- Result driven and proven customer centric behaviors

- Work experience in multinational, multicultural setting

- Strong communicator and good relationship builder

- Interpersonal skills;

- Excellent project and change management skills;

- Good communicator (internal/external) ;
