职位描述
1. Designs / develops / implements and maintains company training materials and programs in both classroom and web-based environment for all levels of PRC seamen in Norgas pool.
2. Liaise with the NFM crewing team on getting feedback to improve and determine the training needs of officers and ratings.
3. Keep close contact with onboard training team to define the new needs for crew under circumstances.
4. Coordinate with WSTC to improve Maritime English improvement quality.
5. Collaborate with functional experts to develop programs that can achieve company's objective and enhance skills of the officers and ratings.
6. Maintains shipboard knowledge, company knowledge and familiarity with company internal process so that training programs and procedures are in line with the company needs.
7. Prepare the annual training plan with proper training facilitates, as well as the training budget.
8. Submits reports or status report to management regarding effectiveness of the training program and training progress of the participants.
9. Responsible for the training course quality and result evaluation.
10. Involved in other crewing office training related project when necessary.
11. Other tasks as directed by General Manager.
