职位描述：
岗位职责:

1) Operate CNC milling machine firstly;
2) Produce samples by hand or using other tools like lathe, drilling machine, saw…;
3) Give suggestion of the part and sample to engineers;
4) Produce parts from production or other department when necessary;
5) Readiness to participate in further trainings, to visit fairs etc;
6) Could adjust working time according to company requirement.

1) 操作CNC铣床;
2) 根据图纸制作手板；
3) 向工程师反馈制作难点，并提出改善建议；
4) 为其他部门加工零部件；
5) 随时准备参加进一步的培训，参观展览会等；
6) 上司安排的其他工作内容。

任职资格:

1) Secondary technical school or above;
2) Over three years experiences in processing plastics and metal parts by operating CNC milling machine;
3) Proficient in operating CNC machining center (Mitsubishi system or Fanuc system) with rich experience in machining plastics and metal parts;
4) Skillful at operating other equipment like drilling machine, lathe, saw, etc; and familiar with part processing technology and post-processing;
5) Good at using precision measuring tool;
6) Experience in 4-axis programming and CNC lathe programming (Manual) is preferred;
7) Experiences in working in sampling industry is preferred;
8) Always willing to improve, actively communication, earnest and concentrative work with self-driven.

1） 技校或大专学历以上。
2） 3年以上数控铣床塑料及金属零件编程加工经验, 熟练使用Mastercam 编程软件。
3） 熟练操作CNC数控加工中心（三菱系统或Fanuc系统 ），具备加工塑料及金属零件的丰富经验。
4） 熟练操作铣床车床锯床等加工设备，掌握零件加工工艺及后处理。
5） 熟练使用精密量测具。
6） 会四轴编程和CNC数控车床编程（手编）者优先。
7） 有手板加工从业经历者优先。
8） 有上进心，乐于积极沟通，工作认真，踏实，主动。
