职位描述

Position Summary:

1.Develop, implement, and administer HR & Adm. policies, procedures, and practices.

制定、执行和管理人事行政政策、程序

2.Responsibilities include full of HR & Adm. functions: Recruiting, C&B, T&D, ER, Adm. or other assignment.

全面负责人事行政职能:招聘,薪资福利,培训,员工关系,行政或其他任务

3.Provides specialized expertise in HR & Adm. functional areas

在人事行政方面提供专业化的管理服务

4.Acts as a business partner to support business objectives and development.

作为合作伙伴,支持职能部门的业务目标和发展

Recruiting招聘:

1.Manage the recruitment process for all the vacancies and Draw up annual employment plan.

管理所有空缺岗位的招聘流程,并制定年度招聘计划

2.Choose recruiting channel, collect and screen out candidates’ resume.

选择招聘渠道,筛选候选人简历

3.First round interview with the candidates and arrange the following things, prepare offer letters.

与候选人进行首轮面试并安排后续事宜,准备录用函

4.Labor contract management

员工劳动合同签订及管理

5.Probation Management

员工试用期管理

C&B薪资福利:

1.Develop and execute a variety of compensation and benefits

发展并执行各类薪资福利政策

2.Ensure that monthly payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner

确保每月薪资按时发放

3.Ensure C&B practice is compliant to national and local ordinances, such as HR report, Statistics report

确保薪酬的执行符合国家和地方法律法规,如人力资源报告,统计报告

4.Be responsible for management welfare fund operating, cost and budget reports

负责管理各种福利,成本和预算报告

5.Involved in annual salary survey, providing professional advice when needed

必要时,参与年度薪酬调查,提供专业意见

6.Cooperate with service agencies on C&B issue and related Contract review

配合相关机构对薪酬问题和相关合同的审核

7.Employee attendance, over time work and leave application management

管理员工考勤、加班工时、假期申请

T&D培训和发展:

1.Develop and implement the orientation plan for new employees and OJT training program for the staff.

制定和实施新员工入职培训和员工的在职培训

2.Assist HR Manager to establish training system and implement it based on training plan

协助人事经理建立培训系统,并在培训计划的基础上加以实施

3.Assist to organize and implement the training courses according to the plan.

根据培训计划,协助组织和实施培训课程

4.Assist HR Manager on employee career development and people management

在员工职业发展和人员管理方面,协助人事经理的工作

5.Track and evaluate the training courses, seminar, and workshop.

跟踪和评估培训课程、研讨会

Employee Relation员工关系:

1.Assist HR Manager to establish, optimize and implement employee motivation system

协助人事经理建立、优化和实施员工激励体系

2.Implement employee satisfaction survey and follow up the action plan

实施员工满意度调查并跟踪后续整改计划

3.Promote IAC Culture activities plant-widely.

开展IAC工厂的文化活动

Adm.行政:

1.Manage the security, fire system

管理安保、消防系统

2.Manage supplier: travel agency, airline service

出差、航班预订等管理

3.Manage and liaison with stationary, cleaning, security and express service provider

对提供办公文具,清洁,保安和快递服务等的供应商进行管理

4.Manage and coordinate shuttle bus, company car schedule

管理和协调班车、行政用车

5.Monitor plant canteen service

6.Any other assignment by immediate manager

Qualification:

1.College or above, major in human resources, psychology or related

大专或以上学历, 人力资源管理,心理学或相关专业

2.Minimum of 5 years in HR & Adm. supervisory level in multi-national companies.

至少5年以上外企人力资源及行政主管工作经验.

3.Strong hands-on experience in HR & Adm. management.

在人力资源及行政管理方法有实际的操作经验

4.Good command of Mandarin and English

良好的中英文表达能力

5.Strong sense of responsibility and initiative

6.Strong execution capability, able to work independently

良好的执行力,能独立工作
