Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Set up logistics team in the areas of transportation, warehousing, packaging, etc.

建立整个物流团队，涵盖配送，仓储，包装等方面

2. Drive continuous logistics improvement on performance

整合物流资源，持续改善物流效率

3. Involvement in project support in purchasing if needed;

如需要，参与并支持采购活动

4. Supplier management

供应商管理

a) Manage and audit supplier regularly on delivery performance;

定期对供应商进行评估，确保其按时交货

b) Develop supplier Kanban for pull system

开发供应商看板拉动系统

c) Develop and track suppliers’ KPIs

制定供应商绩效管理，并跟踪供应商表现

5. Improve inventory turnover through process improvement

不断改进物流流程，提高货物周转率

a) Monitor / follow up raw material stock accuracy;

监督跟进原材料库存情况，确保库存精准及最小化

b) Inventory controlling and optimizing

监督货物仓储，使其最优化

6. Establish and update the standard operation process

建立并不断更新标准运作流程

7. New project launching coordinator

根据业务发展，协调新的项目

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in SCM, logistics or related

大学或以上学历，供应链管理，物流管理或相关专业

2.5-7 years in logistics environment in inventory, purchasing, warehouse, and transportation

5-7年物流管理工作经验，熟悉库存，采购，仓库管理，配送等环节

3.Good knowledge in supply chain, demand/supply management, logistics processes

在供应链，供需管理，物流等方面具专业水平

4.Excellent communication skill

良好的沟通表达能力

5.A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
