Job Responsibility:

1. Develop and manage annual maintenance budget;

制定并管理维修部门年度预算

2. Lead team to promote TPM in workshops, improving OEE through process improvement

领导团队开展TPM管理，通过流程 改进，不断提高设备OEE

3. Assess suppliers concerned and plan spare parts with suppliers and control process, reducing cost

对相关供应商进行评估，与供应商合作建立备品备件库，加强流程控制，降低成本

4. Assure daily smooth running of equipments by corrective and preventive maintenance plan;

通过设备纠正与预防措施，确保设备日常正常运行

5. Support new project, and coordinate with sub-contractor on the installation of new equipment

对新项目提供技术支持，与供应商充分合作，确保新设备的调试安装

6. Follow up and analyze the down time, Fix problem, root cause analysis, trouble shooting and resolve it.

跟进并分析设备停机时间原因，有效解决问题，并作出工作汇报

7. Follow up facility and production equipment repair and preventive maintenance.

作好厂务及生产设备的日常维护及预防保养工作

8. Involves in process improvement by KAIZEN activities to improve productivity and reduce down time.

开展KAIZEN活动，参与流程改进，提高生产效率，降低设备停机时间

9. Lead maintenance team to set up KPIs and to achieve higher goal by training, and coach activities

领导维修团队，建立部门管理的关键绩效指标，并通过培训，辅导活动，实现更高的工作目标

Qualification:

1. College or above, major in related

大专学历或以上，相关专业

2. Minimum of 5 years in maintenance supervisory level in multi-national companies.

至少5年外企维修主管工作经验

3. Strong hands-on experience in maintenance management

在维修管理方面具良好的实践经验

4. Quite familiar with facility maintenance, especially in injection machine

非常熟悉设备维修，尤其擅长注塑机维修

5. Familiar with Lean manufacturing and TPM with hands-on practice

熟悉精益生产，在TPM管理方面具实践经验

6. A strong sense of responsibility and initiative

主动性强，强烈的责任感

7. Aggressive, independent and be able to work under pressure
