Job Summary
This position will be responsible for the Spine business in North China. She or he will report to Sales Manager, OSP & Spine.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
-To achieve the sales target in North China
-To get solid product knowledge to serve customers with high standard quality and safety
-To enhance the distributor management
-To maintain and develop key accounts in order to increase market share
-To submit weekly reports and solve problems timely.

-To be proactive and meet the internal and external customers’ needs
-Have effective communications with internal and external customers
-Integrity, honesty and respect for people
-Have motivation to learn and improve

-Proven leadership competency

Education/ Experience Requirements
-Bachelor Degree of Medicine above or similar medical background;
-More than 5 years sales experience with Orthopaedics related experience in multinational company;
-Managerial experience preferred;
-Good selling skill, good interpersonal skill, clear communication skill;
-Proven leadership competency;
-Be proficient in English.
