Key Responsibilities：
1. Support PM liaise with customers on billings and generating of invoices.
2. Assist in billings and follow-up relating to Accounts Receivable with 3rd parties or vendors.
3. Assist in enquiries and follow-up relating to finance and project management system.
4. Perform general administrative duties and any other Operation related functions that may be assigned.
Qualifications：
1. Data management related working experience is preferable.
2. Good English skill.
工作内容：
1. 协助项目经理与客户进行对账。
2. 与第三方及供应商确认以及更新应收账款，并跟踪未收款项。
3. 对财务管理系统以及项目管理系统进行录入及跟踪。
4. 执行一般的行政职务，与相关的其他事务性工作。
任职要求：
1. 对数字敏感，有数据管理经验者优先。
2. 良好的英语沟通能力。
