职位描述：

Major Tasks & Activities:

- Assist eService Team on provision of IT related services and resolving relevant issues to end users.

- Check the running state of servers and network by completing daily checklist.

- Check the backup state and replace the tape according to schedules.

- Troubleshoot and maintain networking.

- Contact vendors for repairs and maintenance of IT equipment.

- Asist end users on the use of standard software and shared peripherals.

- Carry out ad hoc duties on necessary basis.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

- Diploma or university degree.

- IT related certification.

- At least 2 years working experience.
- Well-organized and ability to work unsupervised.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
