成本分析经理/Costing Manager—外企制造业背景

Job Responsibilities:

Lead costing team to perform manufacturing and product costing related budgeting, standard cost setting, monthly variance reporting and KPI tracking, cost reduction monitoring, monthly forecast and result explanation;
Working closely with finance manager to understand operating issues, perform monthly review, and come up with actions to follow up, track and monitor monthly performance to make sure it meets budget and cost reduction target;
Responsible for STD Cost System update and maintenance, i.e annual STD cost setting, new product STD Cost Set up, Manufacturing, overhead allocation;
Prepare for all cost related report in monthly closing,such as inventory aging report, WO aging report, VCM analysis;
Assist Finance director to work out Internal Control Policy & Procedure Support Finance manager on Cost Reduction & Continuous improvement Project;
Assist Finance director to prepare yearly budget and rolling forecast;
On timely basis he or she will need to review with top management on result and issues.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in accounting or finance, familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP reporting;
8 years plus costing and GL experience, at least 3 years costing experience in a sizable manufacturing plant of repetitive manufacturing process and labor intensive nature;
Expert in costing budget planning, expense control. Strong SAP experience and can work and communicate with IT team to resolve system issues;
Self motivated and quick learner;
Proficiency in written English, good communication and interpersonal skills;
Team management experience and leadership skills.
