MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES：
Lead Greater China sales-out process – 50%
? Know Channel related systems and system report, included but not limited SAP / DMS / BIP etc.
? Lead IT work stream related to DMS enhancements incl. Integration
? Partner with Channel back-office team to prioritize DMS system maintenance.
? Support validation team with report design
? Partner with HR team to implement SIP policy
? Partner with SFE team to integrate with SF.com
? Provide FP&A teams with DMS data for MFR preparation
? Drive action plans to reduce variances
Channel initiatives modelling and impact tracking– 40%
? Support CCI Execution/PMO lead
? Lead financial modelling for Channel Initiatives such as CCI, Pricing discipline, 2-invoice
? Lead preparation of Strat plan and AOP Channel related presentations
? Establish frameworks to track actual impact of Channel transitions
? Prepare global presentations and updates
Serve a finance support to Commercial Operations team – 10%
? Act as finance support for Commercial operations team
? Liaise with GC Finance team
? Support ad hoc analysis for SC, TS, CM
REQUIREMENTS PREFERENCES
Knowledge/Education
* Minimum Bachelor degree
Major in Finance, Computer Science / Mathematics / Business Administration
Job Experience
* 7+ years relevant experience with multinational company, including 3-4 years in Finance, Accounting, External or Internal Audit. Experience in Healthcare or Medical Device industry is beneficial
Skills/Competency Required
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese both written and verbal
- Some business knowledge on channel management
- Excellent skills on Excel / PPT to organize, analyse and visualize data
- Prior experience with Business Intelligence applications as an advantage
- Have the capability to quick learn IT systems and business process and relevant data
