? 了解客户需求和完整准确的预订记录,根据价格和路线提供***的选择方案。
understands client’s need complete accurate records of bookings and offer best alternatives available in terms of pricing and routing.
? 提供专业独立的商旅服务,例如行程规划,预订操作,运价计算和票务处理。
work professionally and independently in providing business travel services i.e.: planning of itineraries, making reservations, competitive fare computations and ticketing.
? 根据服务水准协议确保高水准专业服务,提高客户满意度。
ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance to the service level agreement (slas).
? 处理客户反馈,增加提供适当的解决方案和建议。
handle customer feedback, escalations and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations.
? 处理签证相关的文档,确保从大使馆/领事馆可以快速拿到出行文件。
process visa related documentation and ensure speedy recovery of travel documents from the embassies/consulates.
? 确保遵循客户的出行政策,包括飞机、住宿、汽车、铁路、保险和签证要求。
ensure that travel policies of the clients are adhered to, including air, accommodation, car, rail, insurance and visa requirement.
? 通过流程知识、产品、规则和条例来减少过失和错误。
minimise errors and mistakes by gaining knowledge of procedures, products, rules and regulations.
? 确保电话服务能够与服务水准协议保持一致。
ensure that the telephone service factor (tsf) are met in accordance with service level agreement (slas).
? 在相应的层面上建立和保持与客户之间的良关系。
build and maintain relationships with client’s contacts at the relevant level.
? 根据服务水准协议执行工作流程。
manages workflow and processes in accordance with service level agreement.

possess a minimum of 3 - 5 years of solid corporate experience.

well verse and with a good grasp of the market fares.
? 具有国际航运输协会或世界旅行社协会联合会的证书者佳。
iata/uftaa diploma (std) an advantage.
? 对航空运价和票务规则有较强的经验与理解力。
strong background and understanding of airfares constructions principles and ticket formats.
? 较强的中英文口头与书面沟通技能。
strong oral and written communication skills in english, effectively bilingual.
? 乐观并以销售为导向,耐心,且能够在压力和时间紧迫的情况下进行工作。
