Job Description:
? Serve as principle contact for developing and maintaining relationships with OEM customers
? Manage and develop Application / Sales Engineers, Prototyping and Customer Support Staff.
? Interfacing and managing relationships with customer Product Development, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and Manufacturing personnel.
? Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the development and manufacturing product lifecycle
? New Product Development and Launch Leader.
? Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to customers.
? Manage local customers open items and work with the ASC global team to resolve commercial and technical items.
? Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for automotive and industrial accounts.
? Meet and exceed sales, profit and market share objectives identified in yearly sales plan.
? Build market demand for all part brands of the company
? Collect, assess, review and submit market information including competitive information and product publications etc
? Support other sales and marketing team to achieve the regional and national sales targets
? Develop sales and marketing reports by product by customers on regular basis
Job Requirement:
? Fluent English is a must
? 4 years of experience in sales and marketing in auto part business in China
? Substantial and solid working knowledge of the auto parts business preferred
? willing to travel
? University Degree in engineering
? Excellent communication skill
? Computer literate with strong command of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other customer portals & sites.
? Personal Attributes: Aggressive personality, strong self-discipline, self-motivated, work under minimum supervision
? Work Location: Tianjin Hangu
