• Education: University or college degree in electrical and mechanic engineering or equivalent professional experience;
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience as QA manager, professional demeanour;
• 5 years industrial manufacturing experience (as process engineer or quality engineer) is someone with hands on experience in process control.
• Experience with quality systems TS 16949, ISO 14001, familiar with MSA,SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
• Experience in performing quality audits; internal for TS 16949 and supplier audits
• Experience with measuring equipments and techniques as well as calibration procedures

• Quality performance management
• Handling deviation of income materials, blocked ones.
• Responsible for all customer issues such as complaints and complaints to suppliers
• Responsible for quality agreements of customers and suppliers.
• Developing good communication within the structure

• Language: native Chinese plus fluent in English, both in verbal and written communication
• Skills to cooperate in many ways within the company and with customers and/or suppliers
• Good problem solving skills
• Good capacity to management and leadership skills
• Experience with reading and understanding manufacturing drawings from customers and internal
• Experienced with ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) or in EDP systems as SAP or similar, and Microsoft office
