1.与本部门咨询顾问配合，确认学生所需信息；
2.与当地资源方（国外）沟通，落实客人需求以及服务；
3.熟悉酒店、机票预订操作流程；
4.熟悉旅游市场，有良好的人际关系；
5.熟悉旅游流程，包括签证等；
6.有丰富的团组操作经验，熟练掌握国外出境市场或国内入境市场操作程序、报价和行程安排，具备冬夏令营出境团组操作经验者优先。
