职位描述：
Job Title：E-Commerce Operation Supervisor

Job description:
1. Daily operations and maintenance of all relevant E-distributors, including but not limited to Tmall, Ctrip, Dianping, etc；
2. Suitable proposal in campaign/event selections to ensure proper brand exposure on E-distributors;
3. Leverage E-distributors’ database, including data mining, data analysis and develop the strategy of ecommerce to generate increased traffic;
4. Regular reporting of market intelligence, including market trend of product development or competitors’ activities in E-distributors;
5. Collaboration with products, operations and other internal teams to promote business and project development, continuous optimization of the user experience.


Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in e-business, tourism, marketing or equivalent;
2,More than 3 years working experience, meanwhile at least 1 year experience in operating Tmall, Ctrip, Meituan or other e-commerce platform;
3, Good knowledge of rules on e-commerce platforms ;
4, Very good communication skills，fast learner, negotiation skills, adaptability;
5, Familiar with office software;
6,Chinese, Good in both written and spoken English.
