职位描述：
主要工作职责（Primary responsibilites）：
1. Manages product development from dairy to local market.
2. Develop product specification, packages, design and pricing.
3. Monitors product profitability and cost prices and takes proper action in order to secure an efficient assortment.
4. Responsible for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management between global category team, dairy, sales, finance, imported department, legal and specification team.
5. Manages and optimizes the product assortment.

次要工作职责（Secondary responsibilities）：
1. Participates in the development of future assortment. Responsible for selected products and packaging projects in the innovation pipeline.
2. Communicates current and potential product/packaging opportunities towards market and categories.
3. Be part of planning and implementation of marketing activities.

协助工作职责（Assisted responsibilities）：
1. Responsible for increasing product knowledge with relevant category/market employees.
2. Helps to develop any initiatives which can be benifit to the brand and category.
