Main Responsibilities:

Purchase products and equipment according to project needs and in a timely manner in order to satisfy project and service needs.
Mistake - free transactions in PO processing.
Trace Vendor to get vendor’s confirmed PO.
Responsible for trace foreign PO so as to receive products on time.
Share purchasing information in Netsuite.
Ensure item price and Vendor information on Netsuite always to be correct and latest.
Import products Customs clearance coordinate.
Documentation and file.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic, International Trade, logistic…etc or equivalent.
1 years relevant work experiences or above.
Experience in IT, system integrator purchasing or Logistic related fields.
Strong service sense and skills, Good time management, high learning skill.
Proven ability to build relationships with vendors, internal client and colleagues.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Can hard-working, strong sense of responsibility
Good English. Can communicate in oral and writing.

及时跟踪供应商，获得对方的确认回单
跟踪负责的国外采购定单, 做到按时收货。
及时将采购信息共享。
确保Netsuite 上的产品价格和供应商信息总是最新的、准确的。
与各地采购专员进行沟通协调项目情况。
进口物流追踪，进口报关协调。
文件归档



职位要求：

电子、工程、国际贸易等相关专业大学本科及以上学历。
1年以上相关工作经验。安防、IT、电子和相关领域的采购物流经验优先。
良好沟通能力，责任心强，能吃苦耐劳。
具备良好的服务意识、积极主动、自律。学习能力强，时间管理能力强。
能够建立和长期维护与供应商，内部客户和同事之间的良好的人际关系。
英语良好，能书面和口语交流。
