REPORTS TO: Logistic, Trade Compliance & Distribution Senior Manager

General Role
Mainly responsible for trade compliance "product oriented". Reporting to Logistic, Trade Compliance & Distribution senior manager on regular basis. Better understands and works towards achieving the department goals.

Main Responsibilities:
·Daily manage Testing Certificates for Hermes China (leather, silk, jewelry, fabrics, furniture, tableware, and so on) :
·According to Chinese regulation on product and laboratory requests, negotiate and collect samples requirements for testing certificate.
·Inform production teams in France and collect samples.
·Manage testing certificate with Chinese laboratory.
·Monitor and analyze "test-failed" result and report to production teams.
·Monitor testing certificates validity date.

·Support logistic department during CIQ inspection.

·Daily monitor certificate laboratory for :

·Testing certificate process
·Compliance monitoring in China
·Invoicing

·Perform reporting (weekly and monthly) for Logistic senior manager.

?Support logistic department for :
· New projects
·Warehouses operations
·Compliance (CIQ)
·Special events

Experience required:
·Minimum 5 years experience in testing lab or industrial serving for product retail.
·Skillful at GB and labeling information, MS office and basics computer software.
·Able to report complex information to foreigner attendee.
·Strong teamwork, good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
·Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English, French is a plus.
