Report to: Press Manager


General Role:


Supporting & assisting Shanghai press team on Press Communication & Activities.



Major Responsibilities:


-Press Clipping: Day-to-day contact with our Clipping Agency. Prepare the Clipping Report for Paris and the Quarterly Clipping Report for stores

-Translation proof reading for Press kits/ release

-Update Magazine receival Status Report

-Help to update loan list on week basis, arrange the press loan, maintain press room and sample condition

-Event on-site support

-Assist the team by applying daily administrative documents



Requirements & Capabilities:


-Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

-Willing to help, detailed oriented.

-Grade 4, Grade A tier Domestic or Overseas University.

-Fluent in English and French speaker.

-6 months minimum
