Training & OD Manager
Location：Wuhan
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with HRs to diagnose the training and development needs for obtaining the corporate strategic targets.
2. Work with leaders’ supervision to identify needs for training;
3. Formulate monthly training plan on the bases of company’s strategy;
4. Conduct training programs, formulate testing and evaluation procedures, follow up training result.
5. 4+ years relevant experiences in MNC Corporation;
6. Good coordination, communication and pressure management skills.
Qualification:
1. College degree or MBA;
2. 3 + years working experience in MNC companies;
3. Fluent English with good command of mandarin;
4. Result orientated, sense of responsibility;
5. Strategic thinking, team spirit.
