Consultant Assistant
Location：Beijing
Responsibilities
1. Research industry and related key companies and position functions;
2. Conduct talent search and initial pre-screening;
3. Coordinate interview and hiring process for consultant and clients;
4. Identify target companies and sources of candidates by deep research;
5. Assist consultant to provide professional services to clients in accordance with the client company procedure;
6. Other paper and documentatation works.
Qualification
1. Preferred with more than 2 years of working experience;
2. Fast learner, good communication skill;
3. Diligent, bright, honest and easy going with working team and client.
