The Business
Companies in the world face intensifying scrutiny of executive pay from shareholders, regulators and other stakeholders. We advise clients' boards of directors and management on all aspects of executive pay - with the goal of ensuring pay plans support the organization's business strategy and drive desired performance. We help select the right performance metrics and goals, and assess pay program risks to ensure good governance.
Our services include:
? Stock ownership strategy and plans
? Annual and long-term incentive plan design
? Performance measure selection and calibration
? Modelling and valuation of pay plan elements
? Advice on change-in-control and severance arrangements
? Total compensation assessment and benchmarking
? Board of director compensation and plan design
The Role
As a team assistant, you will work beside some of the industry's top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.
The Requirements
? Strong work ethics
? Ability to work independently with much supervision
? Pay attention to details
? Ability in multi-tasking
? A good team player, always responsive and willing to help
? Good MS Office skills
? Good coordination and communication skills
? Anything you would expect from an admin assistant
? English must be fluent
? 1-2 years working experience preferred
? In addition to be a "team secretary", business sense and potential to assist in projects/client activities - this will help to grow on the job, and to be fully engaged.
