区域销售总监/Packing Sales Director-包装行业
工作职责：
- 根据销售发展战略，组织研究、拟定所辖区域市场拓展战略与策略、市场开发等方面的发展规划；
- 负责公司的业务拓展及销售运作，制定销售模式、计划、预算以完成公司的销售目标；
- 制定年季月销售计划及分解,合理分配营销人员工作任务，给员工下达业绩指标；
- 管理和培训销售团队，制定销售流程制度、激励制度等；
- 负责重大营销合同的谈判与签订,负责重大公关、促销活动的总体与现场指挥；
- 定期对市场营销环境、计划、业务活动进行调查分析，并能及时调整营销策略和计划；
- 积极进行市场调查，收集有关行业动态、新产品、新技术信息，为公司及时调控经营方向。
职位要求：
- 全日制大专及以上学历，具有8年以上包装行业销售管理经验，其中至少5年以上销售经理或同等岗位管理经验；
- 拥有优秀知名的包装同行企业工作背景优先考虑，有优秀的客户资源和市场资源；
- 有较强的行业趋势判断和市场开拓能力；
- 具有创新开拓精神，善于沟通，能带领团队积极工作,能有效的建设、激励、引导并带领团队完成既定目标；
- 较强的组织能力、协调能力、思维能力；强烈的责任心与敬业精神；
- 具有敏锐的商业和市场意识，很强的分析判断、决策、战略思维、资源整合的能力；
- 优秀的沟通表达能力，英语听说读写良好。
