Overall Aim of the Job (Mission):
Must have excellent professional ethics, strict compliance with the relevant regulations, company rules and regulations. To support AP/Tax/OP Specialist to process the daily works related to expense payments, taxation issues and small amount operation procurement correctly and timely.
必须具备良好的职业操守，严格遵守相关法规及公司规章制度，辅助应付税务会计及时准确地完成日常的付款、税务和小额运营采购等工作。
Responsibilities
? Be responsible on daily payments checking and make the payment compliance with related company policy and process to ensure the payment be paid out within the deadline;
负责审核日常付款遵循公司相关的政策和流程，确保付款在付款日之前及时付出；
? Keep good and timely communication with co-workers about TEC/Basware system access, upgrade and change;
在TEC/Basware系统的权限、升级和变更方面与员工保持良好和及时的沟通;
? Be in charge of basic taxation works: input VAT verify, taxation payment, purchase Fapiao and taxation documentation archive etc.;
负责基础税务工作:增值税进项税票认证、税款支付、购买发票以及税务资料归档等；
? According to company FA management policy to well manage FA, including maintain FA counting system, physical counting, user change and disposal work;
根据公司固定资产管理政策来管理固定资产，包括：维护固定资产盘点系统、固定资产盘点、固定资产使用人变化和固定资产报废等工作；
? Work with each function to process small amount operation procurement bidding;
与各个部门合作负责小额运营采购合同招标工作；
? Responsible for bank account management materials delivery work and others related to banking
负责银行账户日常管理资料的传递及其他银行相关业务
? Any other tasks/projects as assigned by team leader
完成上级交给的其它事务性工作
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
? Bachelor degree in accounting or relevant majors
本科及以上学历，财会及相关专业
? Must have Accounting Certificate
持有会计从业资格证书
? Have basic accounting and taxation knowledge to independently handle with the daily works
具有基础的会计和税务知识，能够独立地处理日常业务
? Relevant working experience will be a plus, commercial real estate is preferred
相关工作经验二年以上，商业地产行业优先考虑
Skills & Abilities:
