职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
- Sales balanced scorecard design, tracking and post review
- Handle sales Performance Improve Plan/Probation end to end process
- Responsible for sales balanced scorecard/ sales incentive plan related inquiry
- Responsible for sales target setup, KPI simulation and back testing
- Prepare monthly productivity report
- Sales incentive plan and sales campaign calculation
- Frontline sales training on balanced scorecard, sales incentive plan etc.

Requirement
- Bachelor degree above in Accounting/Finance/Business Management
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and willing to learn other daily used tools such as SAS, VBA
- A team player with good analytical, inter-personal, communication and presentation skills. 举报 分享
