Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the General Manager to achieve the business objectives
• Plan, develop and execute various marketing and pricing strategies, promotional programs and business plans
• Develop Below-the-line (BTL) communication programs and Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials, primarily PR and marketing events supported by media advertising
• Interact and build relationship with joint promotional partners and media to formulate and execute effective marketing strategies
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure an execution of marketing or brand building initiatives
• Plan and execute market research and analysis to identify the business opportunities
• Develop the marketing budget plan to align with the business P&L accountabilities
• Perform brand administration, including managing stock of POP materials, monitoring A&P budget, pricing and profitability

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing and Communications or related discipline
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in the similar capacity while 2 years experience in managerial level is pre-requisite
• Proven track record in business development in strategic marketing and analysis, brand management and building
• Exposure in retail/FMCG as well as food and beverage industry is an absolute advantage
• Strong skills in LSM and business acumen are essential
• Good numerical and statistical skills
• Good understanding of consumer behaviors in restaurants
• Creative, high initiative with an excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
