质量经理QA/QC Manager—服装制衣/面料纺织行业优先
工作职责：
- 严格执行客户要求的品质标准；监督QC的初、中、尾期的工作质量，密切跟踪生产进度；
- 协助QC及工厂解决生产过程中的品质问题；
- 根据客户的投诉立案、调查、处理及改良对策的提出和改进结果的评估;根据公司整体质量状况制订、贯彻、执行产品质量检验标准；
- 负责主导前期产品的质量风险评估，跟踪产品改进过程，确保产品满足市场需求；
- 负责各个季度新材料、新工艺的使用合理性的有效监督，各季新品标准的制定和培训；
- 推动供应商全面管理体系TQM的建设、维护和提升；
- 负责对各个供应商的入库产品进行质量评审并汇总分析，推动持续提升；
- 负责各类产品质量风险、质量事故以及质量文化建设信息归纳存档，满足产品持续改进的需求；
- 协助客服部处理市场退残以及客户反馈品质异常问题；
- 建立相应的品质培训计划并组织实施，定期对员工进行品质培训，有效提高员工品质意识；
- 协助信息中心推动质量信息化系统建设。
职位要求：
- 至少5年以上服装外贸公司或采购中心质量管理经验,熟悉欧美服装验货标准；
- 熟悉服装生产流程和品质标准，了解产品前期质量风险控制流程，行业经验丰富，熟悉工艺、生产、国标、行标；
- 熟悉针织，梭织，毛衫类服装的检验，了解服装生产工艺流程；
- 较强的沟通能力及团队管理能力；
- 较强的时间管理能力，组织能力及成本控制意识；
- 良好的沟通、组织、协调能力, 英文说写流利。
