高级质量工程师/Sr. QA Engineer—外资化工业背景优先
工作职责：
- 组织、参与公司ISO质量管理体系的修订、完善及落实；
- 制定并执行原材料到成品的检测标准及操作规程；
- 负责对生产线员工进行质控文件的培训，保证有效实施；
- 组织制定和完善公司各项质量管理制度并贯彻实施；
- 产品质量相关环节控制体系的建立、监督、审核及改善；
- 参与、协助不合格品、客户投诉等质量问题进行调查、处理并组织制定改善对策，对不合格品督促返工处理，并进行有效控制；
- 参与各环节质量问题的分析、讨论，并跟进对应整改措施的落实；
- 及时完成部门经理及上级主管领导交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
- 本科及以上学历，英文听说读写熟练；
- 化学、化工或质量管理类专业；
- 2年以上质量管理相关经验，有化工行业质量管理经验优先；
- 熟悉ISO质量管理知识及生产管理知识；
- 具备良好的职业道德素养；有客户导向意识；做事细心、诚信、积极、主动报告与反馈。
