职位描述：
Job Title: Manufacturing Technology Development (MTD) Manager
 
Location: Yangzhou
 
Salary: 530K - 680K
 
Key Responsibilities:
？ Work with cross functional team to set up, execute and upgrade TB manufacturing technology strategy specifically in tufting and packaging process;
？ Lead MTD team and plant-wide automation committee to set up, execute and upgrade automation roadmap year on year;
？ Work with plant equipment team to provide optimized manufacturing solution for better production and quality control;
？ Work with IP team to develop CSX strategic automation suppliers;
？ Work with cross functional team to set up, execute and upgrade TB manufacturing technology strategy specifically in tufting and packaging process;
？ Work with plant system team to integrate automation, TB manufacturing technology with system to realize CSX intelligent manufacturing vision step by step;
？ Develop SME on automation and manufacturing technology;
？ Work with cross functional team to set up, execute and upgrade TB manufacturing technology strategy specifically in tufting and packaging process;

Key Requirements:
？ Bachelor's Degree with major in Mechanical or automation, preferred Master's Degree with major in Mechanical or automation;
？ 5+ Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience Preferred;
？ 10+ Years of Functional Experience Required;
？ Position Specific Requirement, if any: Automation Experience;
？ 5+ years’ of Project management Experience Required;
？ 5+ years’ experience on automation project/team management;
？ Strong leadership to drive innovation and execution;
？ Fluent English capability on reading, writing, speaking and listening;
