Job title: Business Analyst
Department: Project Team
Reports to: Project Manager
Work Location: Shanghai
Summary
? Master of documenting system
? has both business and IT background
? Know how to the accounting / HR systems
? The successful candidate will possess good oral and written communications skills in both English and Chinese.
Key responsibilities
? Documenting system specifications
? Data management
? Supporting new system implementation;
? Developing user manuals / system support documentation;
? Providing training to system users;
? coordinating/participating SSC operation with LO/SO service line business
? Performing other tasks, as needed, in support of the maintenance of existing customer or internal systems.
Job specific requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce or ISM (info system management) or related field
? Sound database management knowledge
? Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial system/ Business Application management.
? Proficiency in Kingdee K3 and SAP is required.
? Proficiency in Take 5 People would be an advantage.
? BPO (Business Process Operation) working experience would be an advantage.
? Candidate with relevant accounting service industry experience and knowledge are preferred.
Job specific competencies
? Working knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, Accounting/HR software, an integrated ERP System (SAP, JDE, Oracle,Dynamics or similar),etc.
? Good time management skills.
? Good spoken and written English skills.
? Excellent communications to internal and external clients.
? Strong learning ability.
