1. Project based, AM must lead a team involving PM, designer, SD and QS, to learn as much as possible the client’s requirement via visiting, meeting or frequent email and calls. Then, by producing an excellent proposal including design plan, project management methods and quotation, AM are responsible to lead the team thought the whole bidding, and finally sign the contract.
客户经理在项目投标阶段要带领由技术、项目经理、服务部同事组成的团队,通过频繁地与客户沟通,充分了解项目需求,从而在投标中制作高质量的标书,包括高水平设计文档、详尽的项目管理方案及最有利的报价,赢得投标并签订合同。
2. AM is responsible for maintaining company’s existing client, and exploring their IT requirement. Annually maintenance contract shall be a must, and for rapidly expanding client, AM must stay closely with contactor to extend the collaboration.
客户经理必须维护好现有客户,并充分发掘客户需求。对已有客户,每年的IT维保合同必须签下,对快速扩张的客户应保持密切沟通,以持续获得项目机会。
3. AM is also responsible for providing insightful market view and customer management strategy.
客户经理必须对市场有洞察力,合理分配资源,不断优化客户结构。
4. Teamwork is the most important character for AM, besides, passion and keep learning are also important for AM’s career development.
团队协作是客户经理最重要的品质,同时,保持激情和不断学习的动力也至关重要。
任职要求:
1、College education or higher
本科及以上学历
2、2 years on sales position in IT service area
IT服务行业销售岗位2年及以上工作经验
3、Advance English reading and speaking is required, and orally communicating skill with English native speaker is preferred.
英语要求熟练读写,能与英语母语的客户熟练口头沟通者优先录用
基础中文水平(适用外籍应聘者)
4、Familiar with MS word, excel, PPT, outlook, Adobe PDF etc.
熟练使用微软Word、Excel、Outlook、PDF等工具
